He continued his high school baseball career through college, earning his Bachelor of Science in Management/Marketing at Union University in Jackson, TN, and a Masters of Management from Oakland City University. After spending over 20 years working with and educating inmates for the Illinois Department of Corrections, Tim retired as Associate Dean from Lake Land College’s IDOC program. Tim currently serves as the Senior Pastor at Outer West Market Church of Christ and has for over 10 years.
